One of Millennium ECO’s standout features is its ability to automatically adapt to different panel sizes on the fly, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. The system’s lateral contact-free alignment mechanism ensures there is no friction between conveyor belts and the PCBs.
Panels are precisely detected and picked up by the system without the need for mechanical centring devices, reducing handling risks and improving overall efficiency.
The Millennium ECO is equipped with two trolleys, which can be configured in multiple ways depending on your production needs:
1. Dual Trolley Load/Unload Mode
2. Panel + Interleave Mode
Despite its advanced functionality, the Millennium ECO boasts a compact footprint of only 900 mm in length, making it easy to install even in space-constrained production areas.
This system is the perfect solution for loading and unloading any horizontal production line. It can handle panels of various sizes and thicknesses without requiring a stop between jobs. A high-speed, six-axis robotic arm ensures fast and accurate movement. As each panel enters the system, it is measured automatically, and the suction cup gripper adjusts to match the panel’s dimensions for safe and reliable handling.
