The Millennium ECO BOX is capable of both loading and unloading from either Boxes or L-Rack trolleys without requiring operator setup changes. The automation system identifies whether a Box or L-rack trolley is present and adjusts its robotic path accordingly. This flexibility is especially useful in mixed-material lines, such as those handling FR4 laminates and PI flex laminates, where switching between loading formats is often necessary.

Dual L Rack Trolley / Box Load-Unload Mode
The system can operate with two stations (L Rack or Box). It loads or unloads from Station No. 1, and once itโs full, the system automatically switches to Station No. 2 ensuring non-stop operation. The first station can then be swapped with an empty unit, allowing continuous workflow with no downtime.
