The Diverter HIPO V2 was purposefully designed to divert PCB panels in multiple directions efficiently. The conveyor speed is highly flexible, ranging from 0.5m/min to 5m/min, achieving a maximum throughput of 5 panels per minute.
This device has stainless steel rollers on the X-axis and flat belts on the Y-axis to accommodate various configurations. The HIPO is outfitted with a user-friendly touch screen and a PLC that can be custom-programmed to meet specific customer requirements.
The HIPO V2 Diverter can be seamlessly integrated into a horizontal production line, whether positioned in the middle or at the end, allowing it to adapt to technical or floor space constraints. The HIPO V2 can operate independently or synchronized with the connected machine to suit the customer’s needs.
